When I first played this horn, I was blown away by the consistency in tone and intonation (better than even some pro models I've played). When this clarinet is paired with a Vocalise and a Legere European Cut, it's nearly unstoppable. My first lesson I played on it, my teacher said it sounded like a wood clarinet, and that he would recommend it to his students over comparable student models. 6/5 for the cost.

Really proud of my purchase. I'm surprised of how it is easy to play, just takes a few minutes for me to adjust from my old clarinet to this new one. The mouthpiece is of good quality, I've always been teach to trow away mouthpiece that come with student clarinet, but this one is here to stay. The only point for the 4 stars rating is that my Backun Traditional barrel doesn't fit on it (fit on my Buffet), it get stuck half way down.
